Step One – Can I Appeal Now?

Have you received a copy of the decision made by an approval authority, Municipal Council, Committee of Adjustment or Land Division Committee or seen a notice in the newspaper?

Have you made an application to your municipality for planning approval and not had your matter dealt with within the legislated timelines?

Has the Council neglected or refused to make a decision?
