OMB Information

Orders

OMB Decisions become final only when it issues a formal Order. The OMB usually issues the Decision and the Order in one document. Sometimes, it may issue a Decision but delay the Order until certain conditions are met.

Usually the municipality, not the OMB, enforces the Order if it is not followed. A party may also file the Order in the Superior Court of Justice to have it enforced as a Court Order.
